Children’s Head injury Algorithm for the prediction of Important Clinical Events (CHALICE) Rule
Identifies children after head injury who meet CHALICE criteria for head computed tomography.

Use this calculator to check whether any CHALICE history, examination, or mechanism criterion is present.
If at least one criterion is present, the rule supports head computed tomography consideration.
