You must be at a qualified healthcare provider to use the Services.

DxTx provides clinical calculators and decision-support tools derived from published medical literature.

These tools are designed to support clinical decision-making, but they do not replace professional medical judgment.

Healthcare professionals using the Services must always exercise independent clinical judgment when applying any information provided.

Orakle does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every clinical situation.

All content on the Services, including calculators, algorithms, text, graphics, branding, and software (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by Orakle or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may: • Use the Services for clinical, educational, or research purposes • View or generate individual calculator results

You may not: • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Content without permission • Use the Services to generate bulk data or automated outputs • Scrape, harvest, or download content using automated tools • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying software • Use any content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without written permission from Orakle

If you submit comments, feedback, formulas, calculator ideas, or other materials ("User Content") to Orakle, you confirm that:

• The material is your own work, or you have permission to submit it • The material does not infringe the rights of others

By submitting User Content, you grant Orakle a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute that content in connection with the Services.

Orakle is not obligated to use any submitted material.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Harm or interfere with the platform or its users • Upload malicious software or harmful code • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials

Orakle reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or resources.

Orakle is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party websites.

The clinical tools, calculators, algorithms, and related content (collectively, the "Services") provided by DxTx ("DxTx," "we," "us," or "our") are intended solely for use by licensed healthcare professionals.

The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are designed to assist, not replace, the independent clinical judgment of a qualified healthcare provider. The Services and any outputs generated should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

While we strive to ensure that the content is accurate and aligned with current medical standards at the time of publication, medical knowledge and guidelines evolve. DxTx does not guarantee that the Services are complete, accurate, up to date, or free from errors.

The Services are not intended for use by patients or the general public. By accessing or using DxTx, you acknowledge and agree that: - You are a qualified healthcare professional; - You will independently verify all information and outputs before applying them in clinical practice; - You will use the Services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

DxTx does not certify or represent that the Services constitute a regulated medical device unless explicitly stated. Use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DxTx and its affiliates, licensors, and content providers disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, the Services or any information provided therein.

DxTx does not endorse or recommend any specific tests, treatments, clinicians, products, or interventions that may be referenced within the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orakle disclaims all liability for any clinical decisions made using the Services.

Orakle makes no warranties, express or implied, including: • Accuracy of content • Reliability of calculations • Uninterrupted access • Fitness for a particular purpose

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orakle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Services.

Orakle's total liability in connection with the Services shall not exceed $100 USD.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orakle and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Any content you submit

Orakle may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

The Effective Date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Wyoming.

Orakle respects intellectual property rights.
