Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Orakle LLC, 1317 Edgewater Dr, #2367 Orlando, Florida 32804, United States (“Orakle”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the DxTx website (the “Service”).
The short version. DxTx is built to hold as little of your information as possible. The values you enter into a calculator are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to us. Your profile and favorites, if you create them, are stored only on your own device. We run no advertising and no analytics trackers on the Service.
1. Calculator inputs — never collected
Every calculator on DxTx runs entirely within your browser. Patient parameters you enter, and the results calculated from them, are not transmitted to Orakle or to any third party by the Service, are not stored by us, and disappear when you leave or reset the page. Copying a result summary uses your device’s clipboard only.
2. Profile and favorites — stored on your device only
If you choose to create a profile, the details you enter (name, country, occupation, specialty, email address, and your communication preference) and any calculators you mark as favorites are saved in your browser’s local storage on your device. This information is not transmitted to or held on our servers, and we cannot see it. It remains on your device until you log out (profile) or clear the site’s data in your browser settings (profile and favorites), and it does not follow you to other browsers or devices.
3. Hosting and server logs
The Service is served as static web pages by a hosting provider. Like virtually all web hosts, the provider may automatically record standard technical logs when pages are requested — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security and operational purposes, under the hosting provider’s own privacy terms. These logs are not linked by us to any profile, since profiles never reach a server.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage solely for the profile, session state, and favorites described in Section 2.
5. Email
If you contact us at support@orakleinc.com — including through a calculator’s feedback link — we receive your email address and message and use them to respond, improve the Service, and keep records of correspondence. If you have opted in to email communications, we will send only relevant and infrequent messages, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any such email.
6. Your rights
Because your profile and calculator inputs stay on your device, exercising control over them is direct: you can view, change, or delete them yourself at any time as described in Section 2. For information we do hold — correspondence you have sent us — you may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law (including, where it applies to you, the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), by contacting us at the address below. We do not sell personal information.
7. International use
Orakle is based in the United States. Correspondence you send us will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be indicated on this page.
